酒店位置很好，就在老城邊上，步行幾分鐘能到。設施比較新，房間小，酒店停車停在對面購物中心停車場，一天12鎊。早餐就是傳統英式，炒蛋培根蘑菇豆。

Unfortunately my 2 night experience was not particularly great. On arrival, my room had supposedly been cleaned. However, there was a dirty beer glass on the uncleaned side table and a towel with a blood stain on it. It was very late so I mentioned this the next morning. The staff were very apologetic and said they’d speak to housekeeping and gave me a voucher for a free drink/snack. I then sat down to breakfast and found a huge hair in my bacon!! I complained again. The staff member said…”you’re not having a good day are you”. I was running an event during the day. When I returned, the room had again been cleaned but the beer glass was still there! The staff I dealt with were great but this is really unacceptable for a hotel chain like this. It will definitely be a while until I choose to stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The hotel is very well-located in Derry. Check-in process is smooth and the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is a really good Irish fry and some other fruit and cereal options. There's a nice lobby bar for hanging out with friends or getting some work done - charging points etc are available.

Hotel centralissimo, parcheggio vicino convenzionato comodissimo, peccato che sia il parcheggio sia un po’ caruccio ma in linea con altre strutture!!

On arrival, it was informed that they don't have any information of the child with us. There was no working exhausts in the bathroom. When informed, it was told that it is on timer, while it did not worked at all. Food was just okay, without much variety.
